④working principle:
After the motor drives the drum to reach full speed operation, the feed valve automatically opens, and the suspension enters the drum through the feed pipe. The liquid phase is centrifugally thrown out through the filter screen and the drum wall filter hole, and flows out from the tangential discharge port on the casing, while the solid phase is intercepted in the drum. After reaching the set time, the feeding stops, and after a given time of separation and dehydration, the washing valve operates. The washing liquid enters the drum through the washing tube to wash the filter cake. After the washing is completed, separation continues to make the filter cake reach the required dryness, and then the material is discharged. The scraper frame rotates to make the scraper cut into the filter cake layer, scrape off the filter cake and remove it from the hopper.
